3) Select F1, Output 5% and note the corresponding actual pump speed % in the Status Waterpump readout. If you get SOME actual pump speed indicated, confirm by removing the Coolant Reservoir filler cap, and/or listening near the pump. Then try F2 and see if the Status indicates close to 50%.

One way to check it is to remove the mirror glass (by grabbing the outer edge with fingers and pulling it) and look at the back side of it - heated ones should have wires
You don't need diagnostics to start the bleeding procedure . It can be done by not starting the car turning it on an holding down the I believe the accelerator for a certain amount of time . Lots of things can cause Inpa Ista to not work . In general BMW diagnositics don't like aftermarket tunes you never mentioned

Put a meter on the third brake light wires and measure the voltage without the lighting unit in place, both before and after pressing the brake pedal. Thoroughly clean the glass round the break, taking care not to damage the element further. Stick down some masking tape along each side of the broken element, along the length you intend to repair. Apply a coat of conducting paint to the break. Leave it to dry for 20 minute, then apply a second coat. Remove the masking tape.
