So, following this: Mate 20 Pro models are LYA-L09 and LYA-L29. Only the LYA-L29 is dual sim! Looks like Three only supply the LYA-L09 model for this phone.. Had this argument with Three! Things I've checked: a) APN - It's correctly setup b) Network Settings - Everything is enabled, and I've reset it multiple times. Unrestricted Data access for all apps. c) Battery Settings - Everything is managed automatically, I'm not in power save nor ultra power saving mode.
